How soon in advance do I need to book Kimmy’s Kloset?

Weekends fill quickly, so it is BEST to call as soon as you can. We recommend booking at least two months ahead. If you do have a last minute request, don’t hesitate to call! Kimmy's Kloset is also available for weekday events!!

Is there a travel fee if I live out of the Seattle Metro Area?

Yes, depending on how far out you are. Driving time, gas and distance need to be taken into consideration when we send out an entertainer. We will work with you to make the best arrangements!

Is a deposit required?

Yes. There is a deposit of 50% of the total amount due. Deposit is due within seven days of the initial booking date (example...booking made May 1st, deposit due on May 8th). Your reservation is not secure until a deposit is received.

What about last minute bookings?

Bookings created within seven days of event require full payment at time of booking.

What form of payment is accepted?

Kimmy's Kloset accepts cash or checks only. There is a $30 fee for each dishonored check.

What is your cancellation policy?

With 14 days or more notice, 100% of the deposit is refundable. Within 2 -13 days notice, 100% of the deposit will be applied to future Kimmy's Kloset reservations. Total amount due day of reservation.

Is tipping okay?

Yes! If you are pleased with the quality and professionalism of Kimmy’s Kloset and your guests enjoyed the entertainer, you are more than welcome to tip! This lets the entertainer know that they have done a great job!

Do I need to provide anything for Kimmy’s Kloset to assist in set up?

Yes. You can always count on providing a small table. Theme parties may require more set up. Please see the pages on this website for individual activities and theme parties. All "recommended" items are listed to ensure ease for the entertainer and the party guests.


Can the adults participate in the children’s activities?

Of course! The entertainer is often energized by large and enthusiastic crowds. Everyone is invited to enjoy all activities.


Do I need to set up a room for the performance?

To create the best environment for the entertainer and the party guests, it is suggested that music and loud socializing be retained in another room as the performance is in progress! It is important to create a space where all the guests can enjoy all the activities. In most cases, chairs around an "entertainment" room will help create a nurturing environment for a magic show! Thinking through little "spacing" situations can really make or break your party!
